Astrology readings in Ashland, OR
that explore what kind of soul-level homework might be showing up on your path of self-discovery-

Astrology provides us with information. About time, about ourselves. About the simplest path to truly become ourselves.

Of course, we must weigh that information, checking its validity against our belief systems, against what we think and know to be true, and balance new insights with our own inherent wisdom and intuition. And from that place, we can choose to listen to that information and follow the path it lays out, or not. We can see for ourselves whether the information we receive jives with what we think to be our soul level homework. We have free will: we can always choose to postpone or even decline our soul level homework. But the ask, after we receive the answers, is to do the work!

Therefore, asking the correct questions becomes important!
At a certain point, the arrival at the correct question becomes its own answer; the closer we get to our heart’s truth, the less answers we need from outside as our own truth appears. Getting to that point is its own subtle act of discovery that I hope to navigate with you.

I use the Whole House system, care deeply about the Planetary Ruler of your Ascendent (rising sign) and spin a good yarn using myths and symbols and stories to communicate what your chart could mean to you. More or less, I tend to look at natal charts, solar returns, planets, houses, signs, planetary rulers, annual profection, etc. as the clear annunciation of a curriculum- either for a specific period of time or over the course of a lifetime. Want more info on what you are doing here? A life syllabus? A plan of action? Looking for your soul purpose? Feeling lost, or got the blahs and want to right your course?
Let’s go!!!

I have always found that the best readings inform and empower us with what we already know to be true!

My role in offering this service is to help steward you into more fully becoming yourself. To help you to discover what you need so that you will want to tread the path of self-discovery, of blossoming into the fullness of your being. I work from the perspective that at our core, we are already divinely connected to the universe, to the earth, to each other, to everything. Everything is already present, latent, just needing to be unearthed, recovered, and brought to the light of day, remembered.

After 29 years of meditation practice, a decade long deep dive into tarot and I-ching, a devoted passion for the Tao te Ching, and still hungry for answers (What are we doing here? As individuated beings how do we return to the oneness-of-all-things?) or at least a language to have these conversations in, I made the switch from getting astrology readings to the study of astrology around the Autumnal equinox of 2024.

I feel incredibly blessed to study astrology with Alecs Garrett:
